Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return and refund request. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which must be sent to our main warehouse in Hong Kong. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will proceed with the refund process if the return is approved.

Non-returnable Items While we aim to provide a flexible return policy, there are certain situations where returns and refunds cannot be granted:

  • Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect: Products damaged through customer misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.
  • Delivery Failures Due to Incorrect Address: If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can assist in locating the package, but it will not qualify for a return.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Options Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we offer the following refund options:

  • Full Refund to Original Payment Method: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon approval of the return.
  • Gift Card: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a gift card for the equivalent amount of your return, which can be used for future purchases at our store.

Additional Non-returnable Cases

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Expired Products: For items with a shelf life or expiration date, returns will not be accepted past their expiration date.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@Loookus.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the steps to return the product to our main warehouse in Hong Kong and inform you of the return shipping address.

Processing Time Refunds are processed within a certain number of days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
